All services carried out by our Technicians are followed by a very thorough and comprehensive report detailing the condition of your equipment and any early signs of wear , faulty components or safety risks. Service reports are a mandatory document required by all contractors on a construction site to show WHS or the Builder your equipment is safe to be on site and not a safety risk to anyone operating or working around your machinery. Failure to show this documentation can lead to the piece of equipment being stood down, removed from site or a full audit of your fleet.

This report is then forwarded to the fleet manager to be reviewed and discussed with a plan of action and filed.

We do offer Fleet Management as a service at OutWest as this creates a streamline and a seamless for business looking for maximum efficiency and productivity from their Fleet.
